UK Delivery - Free over £70

- All orders are delivered via Hermes.

- We aim to deliver your order 3-5 working days after payment has been processed.

- A flat rate of £4.20 for standard delivery and £ 5.99 for next day delivery.

- We offer tracked UK shipping on all orders.

- Please note we are a UK based company and all prices on the website are based on the current exchange rate to GBP (£). 

- Your final order amount will be shown and processed in GBP. 

- If you are located outside of the EU you may incur additional customs charges that are the responsibility of the purchaser

- European rate:

USA and Canada  

- Shipping fees of £20 apply.

Returns

- We do not accept returns on used products.

-Unless the item is faulty, we may require photo evidence of the faulty product, and we will then arrange a refund.

 

Refunds

 

Once item is inspected, we will send you an email to notify you. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed for the value of the purchases, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.​

COVID UPDATE

At this current time, we are pleased to say that we are still shipping orders. Delivery times will be affected slightly - but rest assured we're doing all we can to get your products to your door as fast as possible.
